Ragulika IP Patent Assistant is software delivered over the internet. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier. This page exists because payment gateways ask every merchant for a delivery policy, and ours is short.
02 How the service is delivered
- Where
- https://docket.ragulikaip.com
- When
- Immediately. Your account is usable the moment you register, and the paid features are enabled the moment the payment is confirmed by the gateway — normally within seconds, and in any case within one hour.
- How you access it
- Any current web browser. No download, no installation, no app store.
- Where it works
- Anywhere with an internet connection. The service covers Indian patent procedure, but you do not have to be in India to use it.
- Invoices and receipts
- Issued automatically on payment and available to download from Plan and payments as a PDF. Nothing is posted.
- Reminders
- Sent by email to the address on the account. Keep it current — an undeliverable reminder is a missed reminder.
03 If it does not arrive
If a payment succeeds and the features do not switch on within an hour, write to contact@ragulikaip.com with the payment reference and we will fix it or refund you the same day.
If reminder emails stop arriving, check the address on your account and your spam folder first, then tell us. We would rather hear about a bounced reminder early than find out after a deadline.
