An obligation, a date, a countdown, the legal basis, and reminders scheduled before it becomes urgent.
How it works
Deadlines, not just status
A status page tells you where the application is. Ragulika tells you what that means, what has to be done, by when, and what happens if it is not.
Every date shows its basis
Each deadline names the provision it comes from, the event that started it, and whether that event is officially verified or something you told us.
Reminders that escalate
At least three warnings before every critical deadline, adapted automatically when the period is short — and silence once the obligation is discharged.
Nothing invented
Where a date cannot be worked out from what is known, Ragulika asks you rather than guessing — and says plainly which parts of the timeline are still incomplete.
Compliant with IP India
The official portal uses a CAPTCHA. Ragulika never attempts to bypass it. You complete the verification; Ragulika does the rest.
No false assurance
Ragulika never tells you a patent is safe. It tells you what it can see, what it cannot, and where its picture is incomplete.
Never miss an important patent deadline again
Start with one application number and its filing date. Ragulika works out the rest and asks you only for what it genuinely cannot determine.
